Through the use of Imagination, we learn to harness the inborn powers of our Inner Self and consciously direct them. Introduction to Imagery is meant to help you understand the fundamentals of the Imaginal-Field and True Dreaming. 

In this experiential work, we navigate the Imagination with specialized imaginal exercises meant to connect the participants to their subconscious. 

These exercises help us attune & listen to our body and the response, in the form of images, sensations, emotions and energy. By plunging in experientially, one becomes well acquainted with the language of the subconscious, opens deeper awareness of the body and develops intuitive faculties which make us open and receptive to Higher Consciousness. 

This Intro class will give the basic footwork of this ancient practice, the language of the body and dreaming and it's application to modern day living.
