In this course we will dive into the Body to hear, explore, transform and evolve

No matter what age, we have a past connected internally with our little child.

This child has a voice. Maybe this voice has been heard and integrated. Perhaps it was neglected  or even shamed

Through the discovery of our inner child, we learn to hear the messages within more clearly.

We  receive revelations and guidance which may have otherwise been distorted or suppressed. 

Has your Inner Child received all the support to navigate through life in freedom?

Has he/she been given the space to  accept and be themselves fully?

Has the child within resolved it's internal conflicts ?

Are you still waiting for someone else outside to give you what you never received as children?

 It is time to take charge of that Inner Voice of the child within.

With the practice of Dreaming, we will do imagery exercises to transform what is unresolved in the subconscious, in order to move forward into a greater fullness of life, vitality and clarity.

Within the course we will discuss the nature of Imagination and how to harness its power through experiential practice. There will be plenty of guided exercises to gain insight, heal trauma and increase personal gowth.

The work of Imagery and Dreaming dates back to the 13th centrury from  Rabbis Isaac the Blind of Provence, France, and Jacob Ben Sheshet of  Gerona, Spain. Irene Viglia Atton is trained and a certified practitioner and teacher of this work.
