From 10 to 18 hours.

In this intensive seminar we will delve into the body to see and recognise what are the 'inner stories', memories, patterns we hold on to that manifest in our waking life (our everyday)

What exactly do we entertain within the Self that creates the types of relationships we experience in life?

What do we need to see clearly so that we can change and transform the way we relate to the world?

The exploration and transformation of FORM is what we do in the work of imagery

We learn how to see our inner forms, recognise and then transform them, where needed, to better our life

The workshop will have a dedicated space of transformation once the patterns have been revealed

Each participant is responsible for their own inner story and their own inner change.

We will be guided by Irene through short and dynamic inductions to dive in and do the inner work of relationships via Imagery and Dreaming

Everyone is welcome. No need for previous experience. Just a very open mind to delve into the Self.

The origin of this work dates back to the 13th century, to Isaacs the Blind and Ben of Sheshet.

Irene has 10 years of experience as a certified teacher in this methodology and designes Workshop/trainings and one to one sessions according to the groups she is collaborating with

Her uniqueness lays in her experience and extreme creativity in designing her classes, specifically guided from her innate intuition.
